— Our story

Real people in real homes, every day.

Frankie's Angels was built on a simple conviction: your parent's home is theirs, and the help we bring should fit around their life — not the other way around.

/ No franchise, no call center

The same people who answer the phone are in the home.

Frankie's Angels started because the founder had been that adult child — coordinating care from three states away and finding out, too late, that nobody was really paying attention.

We are a small, independent practice. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your parent's file and has been inside homes like theirs. There is no escalation queue.

The details nobody sees — how a shelf is organized, which chair is easiest to stand from — are the details we notice first. That is the work.

Listen first. Every care plan starts with what your parent actually values.

We do not arrive with a checklist. We arrive with questions. Autonomy is not a talking point — it is the thing we are here to protect.

How we begin

A care plan built around one person.

Before any schedule is set, we spend time understanding the routines, preferences, and small rituals that make your parent's home theirs. The plan follows from that, not from a standard package.
